Double Double Jackpot Poker is one of the many different video poker variations, the reason this and other variations are so popular is because they have the highest payout ratio of all casino games. Double Double Jackpot Poker plays over 100 hands throughout one game and is probably the most different of all video poker games.

Let’s take a look at the screen before jumping into the game. For the most part, the screen is very easy to navigate. Keep in mind some casinos will have a different layout but for the most part, it’s all the same. The top section of the game is usually used for the payout table where the players can see how much they’ll earn based on the hands they obtain and the coins they decide to wager at the beginning of the round. Under that is where the cards are dealt, and below that to the very bottom, the player will find their main buttons including ‘bet one’ ‘deal’ ‘bet max’ & possibly the cash-out buttons.

To start a game the player needs to make a wager, the player can start with using the ‘bet one’ button until they are satisfied with the number of coins deposited. Depending on how many coins they deposit the column will light up so the player’s attention will be directed toward the right column on the pay table. The player can also click the ‘bet max’ button which will make the bet & start the game. The player will then receive their 5 cards. This is the hardest part of the game, choosing which cards to keep and which to discard. To ‘hold’ a card the player will simply just need to click the cards they want to hold & then click ‘draw’ more cards take the place of the cards currently not being held by the game. If the player has a winner they will be taken to a bonus screen, this is neat because it’s an option players can choose to double their current bet or just continue playing.

If the player decides to double their bet they will be taken to a separate screen where they will play a round against the dealer. The bonus round consists of 5 cards being dealt out to the player, the first card is face up and is the card to beat. The player will then need to choose 1 card that will beat the dealer’s card to win the bonus bet. The catch? The remaining four cards are face down! If the player wins this bonus bet as well they can continue doubling their money in bonus rounds or they can opt-out and head back to the main screen for some more Double Double Jackpot Poker!
